Who is Sara DornBrook?
Sara DornBrook is the proud Mrs. USA Worldwide 2025. She is a wife, mother, and successful business owner with a deep passion for serving her community. For Sara, USA stands not only for United States of America but also for United Service Ambassador.
Sara and her husband met as teenagers and have now celebrated 18 years of marriage (23 years together). As parents and entrepreneurs, they believe in teaching their children the value of service, kindness, and giving back.
Why Volunteerism Matters to Sara
Sara has made service the foundation of her platform. In just two years, she has supported 88 different causes, with a personal goal of reaching 100 by the end of 2025.
She credits her family, friends, community, and Sister Queens for their encouragement. She also values the Global Volunteer Recognition Program, which celebrates and uplifts volunteers worldwide. This program aligns perfectly with her mission of inspiring others to dedicate time and resources to helping those in need.
Sara’s Personal Mission: PKD Awareness
One of Sara’s most personal causes is raising awareness for Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Her husband was diagnosed in his early 20s, and after years of managing the disease, his kidney function declined to only 4% in 2020.
When the transplant process began, Sara volunteered to be tested. Against all odds, she was a match. In January 2021, she donated one of her kidneys to her husband, giving him a second chance at life.
This life-changing experience led Sara to become an Ambassador for the PKD Foundation and a member of the Milwaukee Chapter. With over 600,000 people in the U.S. affected by PKD, her mission is to raise awareness, support families, and advocate for research to find a cure.
Using Pageantry as a Platform for Change
Pageantry has given Sara a powerful voice and countless opportunities to share her mission. Through her reign as Mrs. USA Worldwide 2025, she is able to:
-
Promote PKD awareness
-
Inspire volunteerism in communities nationwide
-
Support more than 88 causes and growing
-
Represent women in business, leadership, and service
