About Global Volunteer Recognition Program

The Global Volunteer Recognition Program™ LLC was founded in September 2023 by Laurel Barrett to honor volunteers worldwide and celebrate the impact of community service. Our program recognizes individuals who strengthen their communities through hands on volunteer work, nonprofit involvement, virtual volunteer projects, and acts of kindness that create positive change.

Membership is open to volunteers of all ages and backgrounds including youth volunteers, adult volunteers, community leaders, students, corporate volunteers, nonprofit supporters, and anyone dedicated to making a difference. You may join for yourself or gift a membership to someone who deserves recognition.

Our program promotes encouragement, empowerment, and community support. It is not competitive. It is a celebration of everyone who chooses to serve.
