Abigail Hays

Abigail is a rising 8th grade student at Duchesne Academy in Houston, TX.  With her quick wit and infallible spirit, she has found volunteering to be a fun additional to teenage life.  This year Abigail has volunteered with Easter Seals to assist with Friday Night Out respite services, at Camp Honey Creek helping with Mother-Daughter weekends, and gave of her summer time to assist with DECATS for three weeks.  Finally, she helped foster two bottle fed kittens through the Bureau of Animal Regulation and Control (BARC) in her hometown, Houston. Abigail cannot wait to find new opportunities to continue her volunteer work in the fall and winter.
