2027 GVRP Formal Volunteer Awards Ceremony

Celebrate volunteer service, leadership, advocacy, and community impact at the 2027 Global Volunteer Recognition Program™ Annual Volunteer Awards Ceremony.

This formal volunteer recognition event will bring together GVRP members, award recipients, Community Champion Spotlight nominees, Global Volunteer Voices participants, families, friends, and community supporters.

The official date and location are still being finalized. Purchase early to secure the current price and help GVRP fund the venue, awards, photography, event materials, and other ceremony expenses.

Pre-Sale Single Admission: $125

Reserve one admission before the official date, location, and regular ticket prices are announced.

Your ticket includes:

• Admission for one person

• Access to the formal awards ceremony

• Volunteer and member recognition presentations

• Community Champion Spotlight celebration

• Global Volunteer Voices recognition

• Networking and formal photo opportunities

• Additional activities announced as planning continues

Active 2026 and 2027 GVRP members participating in the ceremony will also receive a personalized trophy recognizing their unique volunteer service, leadership, advocacy, or community impact.

Celebrate together and save.

This package includes admission for the number of people selected. Bring a family member, friend, fellow volunteer, coworker, or other guest to enjoy the ceremony with you.

Group packages include admission for the number of people selected. If more than one attendee is an active 2026 or 2027 GVRP member, each active member will receive a personalized trophy. Nonmember guests receive ceremony admission but do not receive a member trophy unless they qualify through another recognition category.

Can’t Attend Member Recognition Package Pre-Sale (Memebers only): $95

Unable to attend in person? Active 2026 and 2027 GVRP members may still participate and be recognized.

This package includes:

• One personalized member trophy

• Trophy wording based on the member’s service, leadership, advocacy, or community impact

• Recognition as part of the 2027 awards ceremony

• Inclusion in applicable member recognition materials

• Standard trophy shipping within the continental United States

This package does not include admission to the ceremony. Additional charges may apply for international shipping, expedited shipping, address corrections, or reshipments.

The $95 price is a limited early recognition rate and may increase after the official ceremony details are announced.

The ceremony date and location are still pending. Purchasers will be contacted when the details and recognition deadlines are announced.

If pre-sale admission is purchased and you cannot attend after the date and location are announced, the admission will be converted to the Can’t Attend Member Recognition Package.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

In some cases admission may be transferred to another person. Conversion and transfer requests must be submitted by the deadline included with the official ceremony announcement.

Who Will Be Recognized?

Active 2026 and 2027 GVRP Members

Participating members will receive personalized trophies based on their volunteer work, leadership, advocacy, service, or community impact.

Awards are issued based on information or bios submitted when the member joins so GVRP can prepare meaningful and accurate trophy wording. Learn more about 2026 GVRP membership and benefits.

Global Volunteer Awards™ Recipients

Qualifying Global Volunteer Awards™ recipients for 2026 and 2027 will also be recognized during the ceremony.

The Global Volunteer Awards™ are separate from personalized member recognition. Global Volunteer Award levels are earned through documented volunteer hours, but a member does not need to earn one of these awards to participate in the ceremony or receive a personalized member trophy.

Community Champion Spotlight Nominees

Every approved 2027 Community Champion Spotlight nominee will be recognized.

• Nominees attending in person will receive a personalized printed certificate.

• Nominees who cannot attend will receive a personalized digital certificate.

• The Community Choice Award recipient and the Board-selected Community Champion of the Year may receive additional recognition.

Community Champion Spotlight recognition does not automatically include event admission, a trophy, membership, travel, or lodging.

Global Volunteer Voices Participants

Volunteers featured through Global Volunteer Voices will be celebrated for sharing the stories, experiences, and impact behind their service.

Participation in Global Volunteer Voices does not automatically include admission, membership, or a trophy.

Who Can Attend?

Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a GVRP member, award recipient, or nominee to attend.

The ceremony is open to:

• GVRP members

• Volunteers and award recipients

• Community Champion Spotlight nominees

• Global Volunteer Voices participants

• Families and friends

• Community and nonprofit leaders

• Pageant titleholders with service platforms

• Sponsors and service-minded businesses

• Anyone who believes volunteer service deserves meaningful recognition

Admission prices are the same for members and nonmembers. Personalized member trophies are reserved for participating active 2026 and 2027 members.
