Amanda Accardi

Hello! My name is Amanda Accardi and I am a 12 year old from Nevada. I am also the International United Miss Nevada Preteen. With or without a pageant crown, I love to volunteer and give back to the world around me. When I have a crown, I use it to help bring more awareness to causes that are close to my heart.
Coming from a military service family, I am always open to opportunities to give back to active and veteran military members. Every year I facilitate donation drives to collect cards and items for care packages to be distributed around major holidays. These packages are hand delivered or sent all over the world.
Children in the foster care system have a special place in my heart. I collect and drop off clothing, shoes, and toiletry donations for foster family shopping resources in my city. I also make earrings to donate, so they have more jewelry options.
I am an avid animal lover and care about the safety and well-being of all animals, especially pets. I work with local rescues and shelters to enhance the lives of animals be advocating for their well-being and encouraging adoption from shelters. Through education, community involvement, and unwavering dedication, I strive to transform the lives of homeless animals through my platform, The Paw Promise. While I have been doing a lot in my local community, I will soon be launching The Paw Promise online with the dream of inspiring more people to give back, get involved, and make a difference – wherever they are.
