Tiffany Garcea

Tiffany Garcea, 2025 Prairie State’s Ultimate Mrs., is a loving wife, mom of seven, pastor, former foster parent, and founder of the nonprofit foster care closet “Raising Hope.” Raising Hope is located in the state of Illinois and serves six local counties where they provide emergency overnight bags, toiletries, clothing, and more to children in foster care.

Additionally, Tiffany volunteers hundreds of hours each year in her community and through other organizations including Safe Families for Children, Soldiers Angels, and her church.

In 2024 she founded “The Pageant Project”, a recorded interview project where she interviews pageant queens of all ages and shares with viewers the profound impact these women make on the lives of others. The Pageant Project also seeks to end the stigma that pageants are only about outer beauty. Inward beauty is what counts!
Tiffany hopes to make a positive impact on the world through her volunteer efforts and encourages others to do the same!
