The Global Volunteer Recognition Program (GVRP) is thrilled to spotlight one of our dedicated members, Tracy Wilson, who has been honored with the Daily Point of Light Award for her impactful volunteer service supporting youth civic engagement.

Tracy brings years of passion and experience to her volunteer roles. As an adult advisor with the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission, she guides high school student leaders as they create programs that promote civic engagement, personal development, and service learning. Under her mentorship, the commission organizes events, service projects and opportunities that give young people a real voice in their community.
Through her work, Tracy helps teens build confidence, develop leadership skills, and understand the importance of active citizenship. From coordinating free CPR and first aid certification events to supporting youth-led fundraising efforts, her service exemplifies how volunteers can make a lasting difference in young lives.
Tracy Wilson is a shining example of how volunteer support can empower the next generation of civic leaders. Her award not only honors her work but also encourages others to step forward and make an impact in their own communities.
