An annual award for the whole student
The Global Student Citizenship & Service Award recognizes more than a total number of service hours. The Global Volunteer Recognition Program considers the complete picture of an eligible student's character, citizenship, leadership, responsibility, volunteer service, kindness, and positive impact at school, in the community, and beyond.
Students may be recognized in more than one year when they continue to demonstrate meaningful growth and impact. Annual program membership is not required, and there is no fixed volunteer-hour minimum.
Reviewed recognition
Each nomination is reviewed. A purchase does not guarantee approval.
Inclusive eligibility
Elementary through postsecondary students, including homeschool and youth-program participants, may be nominated.
Earned each year
The award may be earned annually, allowing continued character, service, leadership, and impact to be recognized.
