Candice Montoya

Candice Montoya is a passionate mother, educator,mentor, and community leader dedicated to empowering others. With a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Education from Colorado State University Pueblo, she has spent nearly two decades shaping young lives as an assistant principal, teaches, mother, and college professot. Holding both a Colorado Teaching License and Principal License, Candice leads with compassion and commitment.


Recognized for her unwavering community involvement, Candice proudly earned the titles of Miss Community Service, Miss Congeniality, and Mrs. Front Range in the Miss Pueblo County Scholarship Pageant. As a participant in Leadership Pueblo, a board member of Crossroads Turning Points, a long-time soccer coach, and a community volunteer, she consistently advocates for youth development, leadership, and education.


A proud mother of four, lifelong learner, and leader, Candice continues to inspire others through grace, purpose, mentorship, and service. Her personal journey -ising from an at- risk youth to a thriving leader_-fuels her mission to leave a lasting impact. With a vision of expanding opportunities for young individuals, she aspires to use her platform to help the next generation dream big and achieve their full potential.
