Sara Milliken has been involved in the pageant industry for over a decade and has seen firsthand the opportunities it can create. Along the way, she has celebrated national success, including a Top 12 national placement, earning a National Spokesmodel Award, and receiving two Best in Pageantry Awards. She currently holds the title of Royal International Miss Alabama 2026.
Pageantry also served as a launching pad for Sara’s career. She went on to found Crowned Creative Co., a globally recognized pageant apparel brand that has worked with titleholders across all 50 states, including Miss America, Miss America’s Teen, and Miss Teen USA. She is also proud to sponsor nationally recognized systems such as Miss Earth USA and Miss High School America.
Sara has shared her story on a national scale through outlets such as Good Morning America, TMZ, and E! News, and now enjoys connecting through her personal website, Sincerely, Sara, where she shares her passions for senior advocacy, overcoming obstacles, creativity, and fashion.
Based in Atmore, Alabama, Sara is a proud Swiftie and dog mom to her golden doodle, Millie-Mae.
