At the Global Volunteer Recognition Program (GVRP), we believe that every act of service — big or small — makes a lasting impact. Whether you’re organizing a community clean-up, writing cards for children in hospitals, serving meals at a shelter, or lending your time and heart in any way, your story matters. And we want to help share it with the world.

Why Share Your Story?
Your journey as a volunteer can inspire others to take action. By spotlighting your story on our website and social media, we’re not just recognizing the incredible work you’re doing — we’re helping others see what’s possible when passion meets purpose.

Who Can Submit?
Everyone! GVRP is proud to celebrate volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a new member or have been part of the program from the start, your story is welcome.

What to Include:
When submitting your story, please share:

• Your name and where you're from

• A brief description of your volunteer work

• Why you got involved

• How volunteering has impacted your life or community

• A few photos or a short video if you’d like (not required but encouraged!)

We feature volunteer stories on our website, in our newsletters, and across our social media platforms. This is a great way to build awareness for causes you care about while celebrating your personal commitment to making a difference.
