About the 2027 Annual Volunteer Award Ceremony
The 2027 Global Volunteer Recognition Program Annual Volunteer Award Ceremony will be a formal celebration bringing together volunteers, members, award recipients, Community Champion Spotlight nominees, Global Volunteer Voices participants, families, friends, sponsors, and community leaders.
The ceremony is tentatively planned for September 2027 in the Denver, Colorado area. The final date, venue, schedule, lodging information, and complete event program are still being finalized. Please do not purchase nonrefundable travel or accommodations until the official event details are announced.
Everyone is welcome to attend. You do not need to be a GVRP member, award recipient, or nominee to purchase admission. Ticket prices are the same for members and nonmembers, although certain personalized recognition benefits are reserved for eligible active 2026 and 2027 GVRP members.

Early purchases help GVRP secure the venue, prepare personalized recognition, support photography and event materials, and reduce the need for larger ticket price increases after the official details are announced.

Recognition requirements and included items vary by category. Event admission, membership, trophies, awards, travel, lodging, and other purchases are not automatically included with every recognition opportunity.
