Accessibility Statement
Global Volunteer Recognition Program LLC is committed to improving access to its volunteer recognition programs, membership information, education, products and digital tools for people with disabilities.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as an improvement target. We have not yet established full conformance.
A limited review on October 29, 2026 examined public website structure, selected keyboard navigation, contact-form labels, document-upload controls and the Volunteer Companion sign-in screen. We identified areas needing improvement, including keyboard access to a nomination-document uploader, some linked-image descriptions and contrast on the app’s Sign In button.
Checkout, course materials, downloadable PDFs, signed-in app features and some third-party services have not yet received a complete accessibility assessment. Accessibility may vary across our Shopify website, Volunteer Companion app and connected services.

Please email GVRP for accessibility assistance. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you encountered and your preferred way to receive assistance. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you wish to share them.
We will work with you to identify an appropriate way to access the information or complete the process. Please do not email passwords, payment details or sensitive documents. Requests for help do not replace an award’s required submission and verification process.
