Important Sponsorship Deadline
November 1, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time
All sponsorship purchases and required materials for inclusion in the 2027 prerecorded presentation must be completed and received by the deadline.
Required materials may include approved logos, written messages, video messages, and other applicable sponsorship information.
No extensions will be accepted.
Sponsorships and materials received after the cutoff cannot be included in the finalized 2027 presentation.
We encourage sponsors to secure their packages early.
How Sponsorship Recognition Works
The 2027 ceremony will be prerecorded, not a live event.
Sponsor recognition will be delivered through the published presentation, GVRP website, and applicable digital communications.
The video is planned for release in late 2027.
Sponsorship does not guarantee specific video views, website visits, impressions, or business leads.
All materials are subject to GVRP production guidelines and approval.
