What Is the Organizational Volunteer Recognition & Leadership Partnership?
The Organizational Volunteer Recognition & Leadership Partnership helps organizations create a consistent, professional recognition experience for volunteers, students, titleholders, members, employees, or community leaders who are making a difference.
This partnership provides structured recognition support for volunteer service completed during the selected recognition year. It is ideal for organizations that want a simple way to celebrate service, support leadership development, document impact, and encourage continued community involvement.
How the Annual Partnership Works
This partnership follows the calendar year, January 1 through December 31.
Volunteer work completed during the selected recognition year may be submitted for review and recognition according to Global Volunteer Recognition Program guidelines, eligibility requirements, documentation standards, and submission deadlines.
For example, a 2026 Organizational Volunteer Recognition & Leadership Partnership supports eligible volunteer service completed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
Each organization is enrolled into the active Recognition Year cohort at the time of registration. Recognition materials, certificates, medals, annual reporting, and celebration opportunities are aligned with that calendar year.

Recognition Year
The Recognition Year structure helps keep award materials, documentation, and recognition timelines consistent across participating organizations.
Recognition materials and support are connected to the selected calendar year. This helps organizations document annual service, celebrate eligible volunteer work, and prepare impact summaries that reflect the service completed during that recognition year.
Enrollment remains open while capacity allows. Because this partnership includes recognition support, member record management, certificate preparation, fulfillment, and award support, annual capacity may be limited to maintain quality.
Annual Partnership Options
Community Partner
Up to 5 members
$750 per recognition year
The Community Partner level is ideal for small volunteer teams, families, pageant titleholder groups, homeschool groups, student leadership teams, clubs, and community organizations that want a structured way to recognize a small group of volunteers during the calendar year.
This level includes recognition support for up to 5 participating members during the selected Recognition Year.
Emerging Leadership Partner
Up to 10 members
$1,250 per recognition year
The Emerging Leadership Partner level is designed for growing groups, small nonprofits, school clubs, youth leadership programs, service teams, pageant systems, faith-based groups, and community organizations that want to recognize multiple volunteers while building leadership, service documentation, and annual impact records.
This level includes recognition support for up to 10 participating members during the selected Recognition Year.
Founding Partner
Up to 25 members
$3,500 per recognition year
The Founding Partner level is designed for organizations that want a more established recognition structure for volunteers, students, titleholders, members, employees, or community leaders.
This level includes recognition support for up to 25 participating members during the selected Recognition Year.
Leadership Partner
26 to 75 members
$6,500 per recognition year
The Leadership Partner level is ideal for larger organizations, schools, leadership programs, corporate volunteer teams, nonprofits, and pageant systems that want to support a broader group of volunteers during the calendar year.
This level includes recognition support for 26 to 75 participating members during the selected Recognition Year.
National Impact Partner
76 to 200 members
$12,000 per recognition year
The National Impact Partner level is designed for larger programs and organizations with significant volunteer participation, annual service goals, and expanded recognition needs.
This level includes recognition support for 76 to 200 participating members during the selected Recognition Year.
Enterprise Partnership
200+ members
Custom pricing starting at $20,000 per recognition year
The Enterprise Partnership level is available for large organizations, national programs, multi-chapter groups, corporate teams, associations, and institutions with higher-volume recognition needs.
Custom pricing is based on member volume, reporting needs, recognition requirements, fulfillment needs, and administrative complexity.
Optional Fees
Optional onboarding or customization fees may apply depending on member volume, reporting needs, recognition requirements, custom documentation requests, and administrative complexity.
Any additional fees will be reviewed before custom work begins.
Annual Volunteer Award Gala and Retreat
Partner organizations may receive early notification and priority access to Annual Volunteer Award Gala and Retreat opportunities.
Gala and retreat tickets are sold separately per attendee and are not included in the annual partnership fee.
The Annual Volunteer Award Gala and Retreat provides an opportunity to celebrate volunteer service, recognize outstanding impact, and connect with others who are committed to making a difference.

Recognition is based on eligibility, submitted documentation, program guidelines, deadlines, and review requirements.
Participation in an Organizational Volunteer Recognition & Leadership Partnership does not guarantee a specific award, nomination, gala invitation, or recognition level. GVRP reviews submitted information according to current program standards and eligibility requirements.
Organizations are responsible for submitting accurate member information, volunteer records, and required documentation by applicable deadlines.
